El punto de partida
Four role-based portals — director, coach, parent, player — under a security model that scopes every row of data to who is allowed to see it. Squads, evaluations, live match analytics and camera-ready stats in one place; parent messaging and team chat in the same system.
The match-day console computes its readiness pulse from players' live wellness logs while the coach reports observations pitch-side, so the decision about who plays is made with the day's data rather than last week's memory.

Cómo se hizo
Built on Next.js, Supabase and Stripe, deployed to Vercel, with the first academy running its current season on it. The productization is the point: the tenant model and subscription tiers are being designed now, while there is still only one tenant — because retrofitting that later is the expensive way.
Dónde quedó
A live season on the platform and a multi-tenant product being carved out of it in the open, with real usage as the spec.
